Prices are in Euros, however, you are welcome to pay in another currency, subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking.
Deposit with reservation: 25%. Balance 60 days before arrival.
The charges include services of concierge, utilities, (electricity up to 100 kwh/week per house, water, cooking gas). Charges are reduced by 50% for children under the age of 12, and do not apply for infants under 2.
During the heating season charges apply according to consumption.
End of stay cleaning is optional, it can be provided for 60 Euros per house, however, there is no charge of you leave the house as you found it.
Baby cot is available free of charge, subject to advance booking.
Pets are welcome, but subject to our approval and a pet charge of 30 Euros. Please see www.petbreaks.com for details.

House type A is a 3-bedroom penthouse and allocated to bookings for 6 persons. Type B is a two bedroom house, with or without "Kidsuite", for 4-6 persons. Bookings for 1 or 2 persons are for a type C 1-bedroom house. The basic price is the same, the added value of the larger houses is reflected in the charges per person. A 4-bedroom villa may be rented for 8 persons. Please ask us for a quote for 8 persons or more.

Basic or Inclusive - what's the difference?
The Basic formula is intended to be the cost effective and does not include linen and towels. You can either bring your own, or rent it for 12 Euros per person. The Inclusive formula includes the all the charges, linen and towels, and also a rental car or airport transfer (Perpignan or Girona). The car is a compact category for two or an upgrade when 4 or more persons book together. The exact type depends on availability and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Globetrotters.org Membership is normally 20 Euros per year, but is free of charge with bookings in 2009. Membership gives access to travel discounts, property swaps, invitation to specialty travel, supporting eco-projects and meeting likeminded people.
